Kids Dental Brands is seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to support our mission of providing exceptional dental care. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

SALARY: Starting from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

BONUS STRUCTURE: Potential for up to $300 in additional monthly bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and check-in patients, managing appointment schedules
  • Confirm insurance eligibility and coverage

  • Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and data security
  • Oversee dental office supply inventory
  • Update educational materials for patients and maintain a welcoming reception area
