Job Description
Aon is seeking a Risk Solutions Consultant to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients across various industries. Your expertise in property and casualty insurance will help us deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative risk management solutions for clients across various industries
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' risk profiles, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive risk management programs
- Communicate complex risk management concepts to clients, explaining the benefits and risks associated with different solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and concerns

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; CPCU designation and/or MBA preferred but not essential
- At least ten years of relevant Property/Casualty experience
- Illinois P&C Brokers License or ability to secure immediately upon acceptance
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong technical property and casualty knowledge, ability to present complex details to clients, and problem-solving skills are essential
