Job Summary

As a Department Manager at H&M Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profit growth in our stores. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and visual merchandisers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Profit: Analyze sales and profit KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
  • Commercial Operations: Work closely with the store management team to develop and implement commercial plans, including pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
