We are seeking a dedicated Thermoforming Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves the maintenance and operation of press machines, conveyors, and associated machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and related equipment.
- Follow the established daily maintenance schedule.
- Lubricate, clean, and service equipment as required.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate records.
- Order necessary parts and components.
- Replace machine parts as needed.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment.
- Interpret and work from machine blueprints.
- Adhere to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with preventative maintenance on press machines and conveyors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices.
This is a permanent role.
Work EnvironmentThe position is fully on-site and offers a clean, spacious layout with various working areas and machinery of all sizes. The environment is temperature-controlled, ensuring comfort while you work.
