Job Overview:
CareStaff Partners is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant/Licensed Nursing Assistant (CNA/LNA) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care (SNF/LTC) in Bennington, VT.

We are looking for a professional with strong clinical experience and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a CNA/LNA, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring patients
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and other daily living activities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Current certification or licensure in the state of practice
- ACLS and BCLS certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with all applicable customers and age groups
