ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing Associate Principal to join our Raleigh field services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various CMT projects, reviewing technical reports, and providing technical expertise to staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee CMT projects, review technical reports, and prepare proposals.
- Provide technical expertise and support to CMT staff through mentorship and training.
- Actively mentor junior project managers and support team development.
- Host or attend project meetings with clients and provide technical resolutions.
- Successfully market our services and establish new client relationships.

Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including drafting, reviewing, and approving technical reports.
- Professional licensure, including Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG).
- Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm.
- Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications for compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Valid driver's license and insurance if driving on behalf of ECS.
- Strong marketing skills and ability to establish client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and technical competence.
