This Supervisory Auditor position is responsible for leading a team of auditors in conducting financial and compliance audits of government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of auditors in conducting financial and compliance audits of government contracts
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure effective and efficient audits
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and laws
- Identify and report on audit findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- 5+ years of experience in auditing, with a strong background in financial and compliance audits
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve high-quality results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
- Experience with government contracting and auditing regulations
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
