Supervisory Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisory Auditor to join our team at the Defense Contract Audit Agency. As a Supervisory Auditor, you will be responsible for leading a team of auditors and overseeing the conduct of audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of auditors in the conduct of audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to achieve audit objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of high risk for audit attention.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and training to auditors on audit techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Must have a strong understanding of government regulations and policies related to auditing.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
- Experience with audit software and systems.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
