Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth in new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively leading teams and developing strong relationships with customers and hotel owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop strategies to drive business growth
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Guide sales and marketing efforts, including advertising, public relations, and administrative reporting
  • Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan
  • Lead and develop a high-quality sales team
Requirements
  • Prior Director of Sales experience (5+ years) in a full-service or luxury hotel property
  • Prior Marriott experience desirable, experience with CI
  • Heavy marketing experience
  • Experience as a Director of Sales in the Austin, Texas market preferable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions
  • Prior experience leading, motivating, and managing successful sales teams
