**Job Overview**

Centria Autism is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support and therapy to children with autism, focusing on the development of essential life skills and behaviors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct support to children with autism, including skill development and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
