Job Overview
Casa de los Niños seeks a dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to coordinate behavioral health services for children with complex psychosocial needs. This role involves providing individual, family, and group services, as well as facilitating Child & Family Teams.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop behavior management techniques to support children's wellbeing.
• Coordinate Child-Family Team meetings and collaborate on case planning to ensure effective support systems are in place.
• Provide crisis management and educational activities to empower families and promote stability.
• Interface with DCS, courts, and partners regarding child well-being and family stability to foster strong relationships and collaborative efforts.
• Maintain clinical records and perform other duties as assigned to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Alternatively, an Associate's degree or HS diploma with relevant behavioral health experience is also acceptable.
• COVID immunization, valid Arizona driver license, and level one fingerprint clearance card are mandatory for the role.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
