We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at Luxoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design and user research, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design and user research.
  • Experience conducting user research, including customer interviews, usability testing, and creating user journey maps.
  • Familiarity with hardware/software integration and the challenges associated with designing for both.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Miro.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into actionable design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in interaction design, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Nice-to-Have Skills

We are also looking for candidates with experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical devices, government, aviation, automotive, aerospace, etc. Additionally, experience in the medical product industry, including familiarity with IEC 62366-1, FDA Human Factors Guidance, and IEC 62304, is highly desirable.
