Mandatory Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at Luxoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design and user research, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design and user research
  • Experience conducting user research, including customer interviews, usability testing, and creating user journey maps
  • Familiarity with hardware/software integration and the challenges associated with designing for both
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Miro
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into actionable design solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation
  • Strong proficiency in interaction design, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Nice-to-Have Skills

We are also looking for candidates with experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical devices, government, aviation, automotive, aerospace, etc. Additionally, experience in the medical product industry, including familiarity with IEC application of usability engineering to medical devices, FDA Human Factors Guidance, and IEC software lifecycle processes for medical devices, is highly desirable.

  • Experience working in a regulated industry
