Key Responsibilities- Design user interfaces and experiences that are beautiful, user-centered, and meet business requirements.
- Develop user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
- Use business requirements, user and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
- Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences.
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
- Develop and maintain documentation of customer behaviors, motivations, and daily habits.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating a variety of deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user-flows, high-fidelity mockups, and specs to communicate design thinking. You will also champion a design system and invent and simplify mechanisms and tools that empower designers and engineers building the future of multimodal experiences.
About the TeamYou will join a team of full stack designers working across devices to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Customer obsession is at the core of all design decisions. You will work cross-functionally to craft scalable, cohesive, and usable multimodal solutions for customers.
Basic Qualifications- 6+ years of design experience.
- Available online portfolio.
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar.
- Expertise in the design thinking process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with research and human-centered design with a portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience solving complex challenges with simple user-centered design solutions.
- Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides.
- Additional design skills in related fields, including motion design, animation, and prototyping.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
