  • Input transactions into the banking system and provide customers with receipts
  • Sell and prepare financial instruments such as money orders, cashier's checks, bank transfers, savings bonds, traveler's checks, and certificates of deposit
  • Handle western union transactions and cash advances
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services
  • Serve a diverse clientele, including a significant Spanish-speaking demographic
  • Approval limits will be determined by the level of authority
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors related to banking operations

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Required to stand or walk for extended periods depending on branch needs
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and noisy environment
  • Proficient in operating a computer and other office equipment
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs

  • Minimum of six months experience in cash handling or transaction management in a retail or customer service setting
  • Successful completion of the internal training program for employees
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Work schedules are determined by business requirements and may change
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in high school
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must successfully complete a background check in accordance with company policy
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
