Job Summary:

The Event Supervisor will oversee weddings and events at NOVA Parks. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekend evenings and occasional daytime shifts during peak season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the event space, including the Manor House, tent, and grounds.
  • Prepare and present reports to management.
  • Respond to emergencies and notify EMS and management as needed.
  • Assist with event preparation, including moving chairs and tables.
  • Perform various facility tasks during events.
  • Supervise catering staff clean-up after events.
  • Secure the event space by turning off lights and locking doors.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and software applications.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional daytime shifts.
