We are currently seeking an Onsite Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee maintenance and inventory management at the manufacturing site for our vending machines and cribs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, programming, and troubleshooting of vending machines
  • Managing and responding to multiple daily inquiries
  • Receiving, stocking, and overseeing physical inventory of components in vending machines/cribs
  • Analyzing vending machine data as required
  • Submitting Requests for Purchase Orders (RFPs) for low stock items
  • Engaging with all customer personnel in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Adding items to the VMI program as per customer requests
  • Maintaining quality and efficiency while fostering continuous departmental improvements
  • Coordinating with local PTSolutions staff and manufacturing personnel
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Self-motivated, driven, and customer-focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift, slide, and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent twisting, bending, and standing
