Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and purchase used firearms, utilizing your knowledge of firearms and resources.
- Acquire firearms legally and in accordance with all ATF, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Complete all company forms accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual standards in the department and back room, including restocking, remerchandising, and cleaning fixtures.
- Participate in ongoing training, including firearms and shooting product information, diverse shooting discipline awareness, and selling skills/techniques.
- Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in making buying decisions and identifying their needs.
- Respond to customer issues and use good judgment to solve problems and make decisions within your job scope.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in the firearms industry or collecting firearms.
- Knowledge of purchasing firearms, retail, and computers.
- Background in current firearms models and ability to appraise and know the marketable value of used firearms.
- Great work ethic and ability to multitask.
