Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to exciting projects and gain real-world experience in the field of roadway and highway engineering.
  • Participate in mentoring and young professionals programs, connecting with recent college graduates and company leaders.
  • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or project manager.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of at least two years of coursework toward a degree in engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in software packages related to the field of study/industry.

The expected compensation range for this position depends on skills, experience, education, and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
