Job Summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Programmer Senior to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced multimedia courseware and e-learning solutions. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the training and education capabilities of our clients through innovative multimedia applications.

This is a regular, full-time position with a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph security clearance level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of relevant experience without a degree or a BA/BS degree in a related field with at least two years of experience in multimedia within training programs.

The successful candidate will possess practical-level knowledge and expertise in multimedia processes, including designing, developing, and producing multimedia projects aligned with project objectives, format, methodology, target audience, content, budget, timelines, and available facilities/resources.

The Multimedia Programmer Senior will be responsible for leading the design and development of multimedia projects, including advanced distributed learning courseware, online content, video, audio, and interactive computer-based materials. They will also develop synchronous and asynchronous distance learning products in compliance with SCORM and DoD Instruction.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in multimedia design software, learning content management systems (e.g., Blackboard), and a solid understanding of IT concepts, including security, networking, and database management.
