Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler 1st to join our team at Doosan Bobcat North America. As an Assembler 1st, you will play a critical role in assembling metal products, ensuring high-quality production and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble metal products according to blueprints, diagrams, and oral instructions.
  • Position parts accurately and efficiently, using hand, air, and power tools.
  • Remove small quantities of metal to produce a close fit between parts.
  • Tend to machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.
  • Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to safety rules and regulations.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Assist in the instruction and training of others as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of work experience or more.
  • Ability to follow established methods and procedures.
  • Ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods.
  • Ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
