Position:
Technical Recruiter

Reports To:
Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development, facilitation, and execution of all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Partner with sales managers to create and refine comprehensive and precise job descriptions along with hiring criteria.
  • Identify and apply effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored to the specific role, industry benchmarks, and organizational needs.
  • Support the job posting and advertising initiatives.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to select qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
  • Assist in the interview process by participating in and conducting interviews alongside managers and directors.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or human resources personnel during the offer process, advising on salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements

Essential Skills/Abilities:

  • A proactive and hands-on approach to achieving goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to devise and implement sourcing strategies for diverse recruitment needs.
  • Self-motivated and independent with a strong initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient in or able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
