Avionics Systems Specialist

As an Avionics Technician at Dassault Aviation, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing avionics systems, performing complex troubleshooting, testing, and repair of avionics systems and equipment. Your technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance & Installation: Maintain and install avionics systems, performing complex troubleshooting, testing, and repair of avionics systems and equipment.
- Technical Operations: Operate various digital and analog test sets, primarily for line troubleshooting of complex avionics systems.
- Precision Repairs: Make minor metal repairs such as extracting bad screws and replacing racks with precision and care.
- Compass Adjustments: Swing and compensate aircraft compass systems, ensuring accurate navigation.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot aircraft systems using detailed wiring diagrams and manufacturers' installation manuals.
- System Checks: Install, perform ground, and flight checks of all avionics systems, ensuring they meet FAA and Dassault standards.
- Professional Conduct: Present yourself professionally in daily interactions with customers, guests, and co-workers.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Technical Background: Graduate of an electronics/avionics technical school or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience as an Avionics Technician in a business jet environment.
- Tools: Supply your own tools required to perform the job.
- Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
