**About Us:**
Chhaya Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting housing, economic, and social justice in the South Asian community.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in assisting with client intake and supporting our Operations team.
As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing the phone system, and performing various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and ensuring payment for events.
You will also support the Operations team with maintaining Chhaya's offices, including vendor management, purchasing, invoicing, distributing mail, and overall support with events and meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
