Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package based on billable services rendered, with earning potential ranging from $84,480 to $163,014 per year for full-time clinicians. Job Description

As a Licensed Child Therapist at Brightways Counseling Group, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based behavioral health services to children and families. You will work closely with our team to develop treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and collaborate with primary care providers to deliver whole-person care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or other qualified degree
  • Licenses in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Experience providing behavioral health services to children and families using evidenced-based practices
