Job Title: Clinical Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our team at The Trauma Academy Northwest. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality mental health services.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Job

This position involves providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients who have experienced trauma. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
