Phlebotomist Laboratory Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Maury Regional Health. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting, receiving, identifying, labeling, sorting, preparation and internal laboratory distribution of blood, urine, and other biological specimens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process laboratory specimens from patients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens
• Respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals regarding specimen reports and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth specimen processing and distribution

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completed Course or Program in Phlebotomy
• TN Driver's License
• 1 Year Related Experience
