We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team at Public Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our self-storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities.
  • Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of the daily business.
  • Help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Requirements
  • Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
  • Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
Qualifications

Successful candidates will come from a variety of customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
