Position Summary:

The Operations Facility Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily activities at designated locations. This position requires effective leadership, management of client relationships, exceptional customer service, human resource oversight, and budget management. Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with ensuring that all team members adhere to the operational excellence standards established by BAGS. Key duties include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients
  • Recruiting and mentoring frontline staff for optimal performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing financial statements for accuracy and compliance

  • Addressing client issues with diplomacy
  • Monitoring facility upkeep and recommending enhancements

Professional Appearance Standards:

Employees are expected to uphold a professional appearance. Company policies dictate that grooming and attire must meet business standards. Guidelines include:

  • Men should maintain a clean-shaven look, with a conservative mustache if desired

  • Uniforms must be well-maintained and presentable

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of management experience, ideally in the hospitality or service sector
  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and scheduling
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Some college education preferred
