As a Multifamily Housing Assistant, you will assist Management and Maintenance with administrative and general functions of turnover, maintenance, preventive maintenance, purchasing, contractor management, exterminations, and resident notifications. You may be required to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and scheduling of apartment turnovers
  • Performing vacant and pre-vacate unit inspections
  • Entering purchase orders
  • Entering/closing/following up on service requests
  • Preparation of resident notices and general correspondence
  • Scheduling and notifications for preventive maintenance twice per year
  • Assisting with filing or other office duties as needed
  • Light duty touch up clean/bulb replacements as applicable
  • Preparation of monthly resident activities
  • Management of package receipt and notifications to residents
  • Bank/post office/off-site trips as needed

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
