Job Summary

We are seeking a Dedicated Residential Assistant to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. This is a part-time opportunity with 16 hours per week, available for two days a week.

About the Role

As a Residential Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents in their daily lives. Your duties will include cleaning floors, dusting, removing trash, wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting resident apartments, restrooms, and public areas. You will also interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing carpets
  • Respond to resident emergencies and log cleaning activities as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with residents and guests in a professional manner
