About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team in Medford, OR. In this role, you will provide personal care services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
You will also be responsible for reviewing patient care plans, informing nurse supervisors of any changes in resident condition, and participating in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $21.25 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
