Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants in Medford. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients who require extra support.

Our ideal candidate will be able to provide personalized assistance to our clients, promoting their well-being and quality of life. This role involves performing various non-medical care tasks, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and assistance with daily living activities.

Right at Home Southern Oregon is a top-rated in-home care agency that provides services to residents throughout the Rogue Valley. We are seeking to grow our care team in various areas, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
  • Remind clients of medication schedules
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands
  • Perform safety supervision and risk assessment
