Job Summary

We are seeking a New Business Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and developing profitable new business opportunities that can be transitioned to a Territory Manager. The successful candidate will have a hunter mentality, pursuing high-potential sales leads and converting them into US Foods customers to achieve annual sales and profit operating plans.

About the Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide support to Territory Managers by capturing and penetrating high-potential growth opportunities and developing market share. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and developing profitable new business opportunities
  • Pursuing high-potential sales leads and converting them into US Foods customers
  • Providing strategic support to Territory Managers
  • Capturing and penetrating high-potential growth opportunities
  • Developing market share

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience
