Overview


The Bid Proposal Coordinator is tasked with liaising with client branches to identify their needs, articulate project requests, and manage essential production duties within the Marketing Hub.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling bid proposals that drive revenue growth.

In this capacity, you will serve as the essential link between our creative team and clients, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are in harmony with business objectives and brand guidelines.


Alignment & Focus:
Reports directly to the Creative Director of the Marketing Hub.

Your performance will be evaluated based on regional goals and your ability to comprehend client requirements while delivering high-quality work on strategy and within deadlines.

You will receive mentorship and guidance from both the Marketing Hub Creative Director and the Regional Marketing Director.

How You'll Make an Impact

- Develop and refine high-quality, persuasive content for bid proposals and additional projects.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively market them to educational institutions.
- Create polished presentations utilizing MS Word and MS PowerPoint to support competitive bidding and client engagements.
- Maintain a thorough library of responses to frequently asked questions pertinent to the higher education sector.

- Act as the primary liaison for clients, grasping their marketing goals and translating requests into actionable items for the creative production team.

- Collaborate with the creative team to design and deliver marketing materials that adhere to brand standards, marketing objectives, and deadlines.
- Learn to utilize our project management application to oversee the complete project lifecycle, including gathering client creative briefs, conducting quality control reviews, securing client approvals, and delivering final assets.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and solicit feedback for necessary adjustments.

About You

Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Highly Preferred:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in proposal writing.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
