Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced office environment. As an Office Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, handling mail, packages, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity while ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages according to assigned floors and time frames
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and packages in accordance with postal regulations
  • Manage supplies, including organizing and distributing materials to client employees
  • Operate various equipment, such as photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1 year experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills essential
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds and move objects weighing over 50 pounds
  • Frequent use of hand and foot controls required
