We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Proposal Writer to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write high-quality proposals and bids that meet client requirements and expectations
- Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements and develop tailored proposals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials
- Meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in writing, editing, and producing copy for marketing and communications teams
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
