Job Title: Sales & Marketing Proposal Writer

At ESS, we're seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
  • Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements and develop tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all proposals and marketing materials
  • Meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in proposal development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in writing, editing, and producing copy for marketing and communications teams
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts and communicate them effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
