Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Accounting Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Financial Reporting and Controller in internal and external financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of Bank Regulatory Reporting and SEC filings, including quarterly Call Reports and annual 10-K, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks.
  • Prepare footnote disclosures for quarterly and annual regulatory filings, both SEC filings and Call Reports.
  • Tie out supporting work papers to the Form 10-Q/Form 10-K/Call Report prior to filing and organize in binders and electronic files.
  • Complete month-end functions to assist close reporting, including preparing monthly BOD reporting package and monthly reconciliations of certain balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in the quarterly loan allowance calculation process, including rollforward of related memos.
  • Assist in audit information requests as needed.
  • Liaise with external audit team as requested to provide support, respond to questions, and track resolution of issues.
  • Perform Sarbanes-Oxley testing as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor relations presentations.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA preferred.
