CFO/Controller

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO/Controller to join our corporate team. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO/Controller will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the accounting and financial reporting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

• 10+ years of experience in a CFO/Controller role, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
