Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Green Acres Health & Rehab. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents, promoting a culture of warmth, respect, and compassion.
Responsibilities- Provide daily care to patients, including personal grooming and hygiene
- Support patients with oral, denture, and skin care
- Assist patients with daily care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and bathroom assistance
- Transfer patients safely and efficiently, using proper body mechanics and transfer belts
- Take vital signs and record patient information
- Assist patients with meals and document intake
- Provide personal grooming services, including hair brushing, nail trimming, and shaving
- Turn patients regularly to prevent pressure ulcers
- Document patient information and report any changes in condition
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
- Understand and implement care plans
- Identify and report signs of abuse or neglect
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia
