Hospice Nurse RN Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthCoGA. As a Hospice Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families facing end-of-life care.
Responsibilities:- Deliver patient care in a patient home environment
- Assist full-time staff as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the state of Georgia
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of two years nursing experience, preferably in an acute, oncology home health, and/or hospice setting
- Knowledge of the Medicare Certified Hospice Program preferred
