Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to play a pivotal role within our Corporate Capital team. This position is crucial for influencing strategic decisions and fostering sustainable growth through effective financial management.

Your contributions will support stakeholders in various aspects of capital performance and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Capital Partners team by understanding their financial requirements and facilitating fund reallocations across projects, including labor and non-labor expenses.
  • Monitor and document new capital requests for the fiscal year, ensuring all necessary justifications are prepared for review.
  • Evaluate actual performance against projections, analyzing the impact of initiatives and suggesting actionable improvements.
  • Consolidate financial results and prepare comprehensive reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Anaplan and related systems, enhancing reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and rectify process inefficiencies, implementing automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Adapt responsibilities as needed to align with evolving business priorities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience, particularly in financial analysis and data management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience handling large datasets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A keen attention to detail, essential for success in this role.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort in working with ambiguous data and the ability to self-manage under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Capital FP&A within a large publicly traded company is highly desirable, along with:

  • Familiarity with Anaplan.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this position is: $46,000 - $112,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including experience and education.

This role is eligible for additional incentives, including bonuses and commission opportunities.
