Job Title: Water Resources Graduate Engineer

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Resources Graduate Engineer to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. As a key member of our Water Resources team, you will be responsible for conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, preparing reports, and coordinating with municipal and government jurisdictions to obtain approvals for submittals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to support small and large-scale design projects
  • Prepare reports to document data source, assumptions, assessments, results, and recommendations
  • Assist in the preparation of schematic exhibits, calculating quantities and checking the accuracy and date of work
  • Interact with municipal and government jurisdictions to obtain approvals for submittals
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years experience; or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with no experience required
  • Prior exposure to HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HEC-RAS, WSPG, HY8, AutoCAD or GIS is ideal but not required
  • EIT preferred but not required
Compensation:

USD $67,000.00/Yr. - USD $75,000.00/Yr.
