Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Warmly welcoming patients, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments for new and returning patients, and processing payments.
  • Inputting charges for submission to insurance providers.
  • Updating patient records in our system, including personal details, insurance data, and diagnosis codes.
  • Conducting insurance verifications and addressing patient inquiries regarding their insurance coverage.
  • Managing patient flow by checking patients in and out and assisting with rooming procedures.
  • Coordinating advanced imaging appointments and handling requests for medical records.
  • Entering patient data into our management software.
  • Preparing documentation and charges for patients and other healthcare facilities.
  • Processing sales transactions for in-office products.
  • Taking messages for chiropractic staff and physicians.

  • Reconciling daily financial records.
