Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Superintendent to lead our Healthcare Construction Projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the construction process, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and quality control reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety protocols and environmental standards.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare construction, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, including healthcare-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tools.
