Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Healthcare projects to join our team at Swinerton. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the construction process, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare construction projects, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification or equivalent.
