Job Description Summary:

As a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Healthcare projects, you will oversee the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety standards. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and safety.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare construction projects, with a minimum of 2 projects in the $50M range or 4-5 projects in the $15M range.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on delivering results.
