Sustainability Metrics Specialist

We're seeking a Sustainability Metrics Specialist to drive our mission towards a cleaner, more sustainable future. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in managing data quality, analyzing meter performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative reporting solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing data quality management processes to ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyzing meter performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable metrics.
- Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive sustainability initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of reporting solutions.
- Participating in product training and contributing to software development to enhance our sustainability metrics capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer/Data Analyst.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with utilities desired, but not required.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and Google Cloud.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and innovative organization.
