Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist who can provide exceptional patient care and work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screenings, including reviewing dental health history and performing oral cancer screenings.
- Remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth through scaling and polishing.
- Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorides to protect teeth.
- Take and process dental X-rays.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in Ohio.
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist.
- Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, flexible part-time schedule with 8-hour day shifts, supportive and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional development and continuing education, and a comprehensive benefits package.
